실사출력물 후가공을 위한 수동펀칭기인 하도메(하도매)에 대해 알아봅니다.

 

 

수동하도메라고 하는 구멍타공기기로

실사출력 후 구멍을 만들어 내는

것입니다. 현수막과 배너, 각종 포스터,

A0사이즈 출력, 코팅 후 가장 마지막

공정으로 사용됩니다.

있습니다. 은색 아일렛도 있고, 사이즈도

몇개 더 있습니다.

왼쪽은 아래, 오른쪽 위쪽에 하도매기기에

장착합니다.

아일렛 납작한 것은 위아래 확인해서

잘 놔야 하는데 볼록한 면이 아래로

사진처럼 올려놓습니다.

두번째 아일렛을 연결한 사진인데

기기를 잘 보시면 검정색의 자석이

원형으로 있는데 두조각으로 나뉘어

반달모양으로 스프링에 의해 감겨져

있습니다. 살짝 벌려서 아일렛이

들어갈 수 있도록 합니다.

되면 인쇄물 앞뒤를 확인해서 손잡이를

잡고 꾹~ 눌르면 완성됩니다.

좀더 자세히 보면, 아일렛을 고정하는

핀을 분리하여 사이즈가 다른 유닛을

교체연결해서 구멍사이즈를 달리할 수

있는 구조입니다.

살짝 벌리며 아일렛을 집어 넣으면 됩니다.

아일렛 구멍을 달리 할 경우 이 부분을

따로 구매하셔야 할 겁니다.
