숨어있는 암 증상 과 예방, 맞춤형 암 치유 프로젝트 '암행어사' 방송하네, 웬떡~

 

 

고환암 - 50대가 넘어서야 알게되는 암이 대부분이다. 하지만 20세 전후부터 30세 중반까지 발생하는 암 가운데 하나이다. 남성에게 생기는 고환암. 남성의 생식기 가운데 고환에서 발생하는 암이다. 고환미세결석증, 부고환 낭종, 고환충수...같은 질병은 고통스럽지만 암은 아니라고 한다. 고환암은 다행인지 모르지만, 95%의 완치를 기대할 수 있다. 고환의 혹이 의심되면 일반적으로 음낭 초음파를 실시하고 고환 내에 고형혹이 발생되면 암으로 의심해도 된다. 또한 불임이 될 가능성이 있어 치료전에 정자를 냉동 보관한다고 한다. 고환암의 경우 치료 후 재발은 2년 이내이다. 따라서 정기적인 의사의 검진, 혈액검사, CT 등이 필수다.

 

 

대장암 - 대장(큰창자)은 길이가 약 150센티미터. 참고로 소장은 6미터입니다. 대장의 종류는 맹장, 결장, 직장, 항문으로 구분됩니다. 그중 결장과 직장에 생기는 악성 종양이 대장암입니다. 미국에서는 4번째로 발생 빈도가 높고, 서양에서는 3번째로 사망률이 높습니다. 대장암은 대장에서 용종(폴립)이 선종으로 된 것이다. 대부분 양성종양으로 성장하나, 일부는 악성종양으로 대장 내시경을 통해서 발견됩니다. 특이점은 용종에서 발생되므로 용종을 제거 만으로 위험을 피할 수 있다. 증상으로는 검은색의 혈액이 썩인 변이 나온다고 한다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

방광암 - 잘 알려지지 않은 암으로 40세 이하는 극소수로 대부분 나이가 들어서 나타나는 암이다. 흡연과 관련이 많다고 알려진 암중 하나이다. 피속의 발암 물질이 소변에 포함되어 점막 세포에 손상을 입히고 암으로 발전한다고 한다. 통증이 없어 증상은 소변 색깔을 보고 구분합니다. 하지만 피가 섞였다고 모두 방광암으로 말하지는 않습니다. 병이 한참 진행중 일때에는 체중감소, 골 전이에 의한 뼈의 통증이 나타납니다. 아랫배에 덩어리가 잡히기도 합니다. 소변을 자주 봐야하는 증상, 배뇨 시 통증이 나타나기도 합니다. 40세 이상이라면 방광암을 의심하고 혈뇨 원인에 대한 검사를 받는 것도 좋다고 하네요.

 

 

전립선암 - 남성에게 나타나는 암으로 여자는 유전인자를 가지고 있어 자녀로 옮겨질 수 있습니다. 조기에 발견하면 종양의 크기를 줄일 수 있다고 합니다. 방광 바로 밑 직장 앞쪽에 있는 밤알만한 크기의 남자 생식기관으로 정액의 일부를 만들어 내고 저장하는 역할을 합니다. 고령으로 가면 급격히 증가하는 암중에 하나이다. 50세 이상의 남자들은 매년 검사를 하는 것이 예방방법입니다. 초기에는 증상이 없다가 진행되면 배뇨 문제가 발생합니다. 소변이 잘 나오지 않거나 줄기가 가늘어 집니다. 소변 후에도 남아 있는 듯한 느낌이 들게 됩니다.

 

 

췌장암 - 위장 뒤쪽, 몸의 가운데 췌장이 있습니다. 위, 십이지장, 소장, 대장, 간, 담낭, 비장 등과 함께 있습니다. 췌장은 이자액이라 불리는 소화액을 만들며 이자액을 운반하는 췌관의 세포에서 주로 췌장암이 발생된다고 합니다. 50대 이후 남자들에게 많이 발생됩니다. 발병시 4~8개월 밖에 살지 못하는 경우가 대부분이고 수술일 성공해도 5년 이상 살기는 힘들다고 합니다. 세계적인 성악가 루치아노 파바로티, 패트릭 웨인 스웨이지, 애플의 스티브 잡스...가 이병으로 모두 천국을 갔네요.

Colon Cancer - The large intestine is about 150 centimeters in length. For reference, the small intestine is 6 meters. The types of bowel are divided into appendix, colon, rectum and anus. Colon cancer is a malignant tumor in the colon and rectum. It is the fourth most common occurrence in the United States and the third highest death rate in the Western world. Colon cancer is a polyp in the large intestine. Most are benign tumors, but some are malignant tumors that are found through colonoscopy. Since the outbreak occurs in the polyp, the risk can be avoided by simply removing the polyp. Symptoms include black blood stains.

 

Bladder Cancer - A cancer of unknown origin, with fewer than 40 years of age, with very few, mostly older, cancers. Smoking is one of the known diseases associated with smoking. Carcinogenic substances in the blood are contained in the urine, causing damage to mucosal cells and developing into cancer. Symptoms do not have pain, you see the urine color. However, it does not say bladder cancer because it is mixed with blood. When the disease is ongoing, weight loss and bone pain caused by bone metastasis are seen. Lumps can also be caught in the belly. Symptoms of frequent urination, pain during urination may also occur. If you are over 40 years old, you might suspect bladder cancer and get a test for the cause of hematuria.

 

Prostate cancer - Cancer that affects men and women have genetic factors that can be transferred to their children. If found early, the size of the tumor can be reduced. It is the male reproductive organs of the size of the bare-bulb in front of the rectum beneath the bladder and serves to create and store part of the semen. It is one of the most rapidly growing cancer patients. It is a preventive measure for men over the age of 50 to have an annual checkup. Initially, there is no symptoms and urination problems occur when it progresses. The urine does not come out well or the stem becomes tapered. I feel like I'm still after urine.

 

Pancreatic Cancer - Behind the stomach, there is a pancreas in the middle of the body. Stomach, duodenum, small intestine, large intestine, liver, gallbladder, and spleen.
